Preset Point
The Preset Point option lets the pressroom manager use PPF data from prepress to automatically preset the press. The calculation of the estimated ink consumption optimizes the management of consumables. In generating previews of each side of the sheet Preset Point enables an easier job selection and color assignments for the operator. Preset Point simplifies the job preparation process and make it much more reliable.
Preset Point offers even more benefits: for example, an expert can preset various relevant parameters - such as the sheet size, number of copies or sequence of colors - in the Prinect Cockpit. The extended presetting capabilities permit central remote job preparation.
