How long have you been working at Heidelberg?
Two years. I started out selling consumables in Sydney and came onboard at the same time Heidelberg really got into press room supplies with the Superdot brand. Two years on I am now selling heavy metal.
Where are you originally from? And what do you like most about Australia?
I am originally from England. What I most like about Australia is the climate and friendly people.
Tell us about your hobbies?
I play golf, tennis and soccer (well not like I used to!!)
What is your favorite place and why?
My favorite place is the beach, any beach, because I can really switch off and have fun or relax.
Your favorite movie and why?
My favorite movie is ‘Jerry Maguire’ because I like that he never gives up and I’m a big softy of course.

The most challenging experience you've had?
It has to be changing career and moving to Australia at the same time.
Describe a typical day at work
A typical day at work is ‘unpredictable’. There is always something that comes up and I love the variety.
What qualities do you have that improve customer satisfaction?
An understanding of what Printers expect from suppliers.
What do you like best about working at Heidelberg?
The resources available and ‘HEIDELBERG’ brand.
The most memorable moment at Heidelberg?
Attending drupa 08 with the 100% Sales Achiever’s Club and the drupa team – it was simply amazing!
What would you be doing if you didn't work for Heidelberg?
Something similar I guess.
Where do you see yourself in five years time?
In Russia, just kidding! I was in the UK five years ago, so who knows where it’ll be…
