Stahlfolder's New Delivery System - Perfect Match for High Productivity |

The high output capability of the Stahlfolder TH and KH series can now be matched by their new Twin Stacker, model TSH.
Since their release at Drupa 2004, the TH/KH series of folders are fast approaching 100 installations.
In that time these folders have earned a high reputation for extremely quick make-readies, high net output and operator friendliness.
Until now the bottleneck has been the delivery, which could impact the output or increased labour costs by either slowing down the folder or adding additional helpers at the delivery.
The Twin Stacker TSH which comes in working widths of 50 cm, 70 cm and 100 cm now offers a two level extended side delivery which can accumulate up to 14 piles of A5 products thus allowing sufficient time for the operator to not only load the feeder, but to also take off the finished products without a reduction in production speed.
