It is important to keep your blanket wash-up device in excellelent condition at all times through regular cleaning and maintenance. This will improve and stabilise the washing result and a well-maintained blanket wash-up device prolongs its life.

Upgrade Kit. The basic upgrade kit includes:
- Quick release couplings for pneumatics, water & solvent hoses
- Two mounting plates (mounting aid)
- Two handles & magnetic holder for hoses per printing unit
- Installation
The upgrade kit reduces the time needed to install and remove the blanket wash-up device and limits the machine’s down-time to a minimum!
Benefits of using the kit:
The relatively heavy wash-up device can be easily dismounted and installed using the convenient mounting plates and handles. A magnetic holder ensures that pipes stay out of the way during the operation. This saves times while increasing job safety. For instance : shorter dismounting times - 15 minutes on average
