Worked as a Systems Reporting Analyst at British Telecom in Sydney and in the UK
Tell us about your hobbies
One word - Shopping. I can’t go past a good sale, Chadstone Shopping Centre is my spiritual home.
What is your favourite place?
Africa, I did a ten week safari trip on the back of a truck from Nairobi to Capetown, the Serengeti National Park is amazing
Your favourite movie?
I have a couple, Room with a View, The Shawshank Redemption, Shrek, A few Good Men “You can't handle the truth!”
The most challenging experience you've had?
Finishing my Masters
Describe a typical day at work
There is no typical day, our team in the main provide production analysis for customers however we also get involved in service initiatives, consumables, sales support and other facets of Heidelberg’s offerings. We also support sales and service units in other countries who are building business development teams similar to our own, so that they can offer their customers the reports and audits we provide. I am never bored!
What qualities do you have that improve customer satisfaction?
Creating strong relationships with our customers is the philosophy behind what we try to achieve. By providing a continual stream of business focused information and solutions based on the customer’s current and future requirements.
What do you like best about working at Heidelberg?
The people, everyone is very friendly and it is a very enjoyable place to work
The most memorable moment at Heidelberg?
Working on a large project very late at night with a team of dedicated and motivated people, we had a successful outcome and it was a fantastic team effort
What would you be doing if you didn't work for Heidelberg?
Probably working in the financial services sector
Where do you see yourself in five years time?
