TransferJacket Plus
The new ink repellent and exchangeable cylinder jackets for transfer cylinders 1 and 3 ensure a transfer of the freshly printed sheets to the next printing unit without marking. The TransferJacket Plus is now standard on all new Speedmaster presses. Retrofit your existing Speedmaster SM 52 or Printmaster PM 52 with this new feature and benefit from the new technology.

Closed sheet guide plates for perfecting press serial numbers 206726 onwards
The new closed sheet guide plates replace the former sheet guide rails underneath the transfer cylinder I and above the transfer cylinder II as well as the cardboard guide rails above the transfer cylinder II.
When using the closed sheet guide plates, the sheet guide rails and their adjustment are no longer needed. This saves a lot of time. To ensure mark-free sheet travel through the press, it is now only necessary to have an image-free area of 2 mm at the rear sheet edge.

The upgrade kit includes the sheet guide plates with brackets, the installation and a start-up test. For perfecting presses the kit includes an additional blower bar.
Expected installation time
Estimated installation time under normal conditions is about one hour per transfer cylinder. For perfecting presses an additional hour needs to be planned.
