Since the Australasian launch of Heidelberg’s Online Shop in April 2007 we are pleased to announce that the Heidelberg Online Shop (OLS) business will continue to expand in the coming year.
With access to our entire range of over 1,000 line items of ink, pressroom chemistry, blankets, rollers, plates and other miscellaneous items, our online shop customers have been able to search for products based on their individual needs and start the ordering process without even picking up the phone or writing an email.
OLS offers enhanced ordering functions such as allowing customers to maintain their own shopping lists and reviewing their online ordering history as well as providing detailed product descriptions. Users can view and download clear images and product safety data sheets (MSDS), making the shop more user-friendly than traditional phone, fax and email ordering methods.
Only only is OLS convenient and easy to use but Heidelberg run regular promotions to make shopping online even more cost effective. Many campaigns and special offers are only availabel via OLS.

Paul Dickeson Director of S&P graphics in Adelaide was the winner of the Hi-Gloss Ink Promotion. When we asked about his experience using OLS, he said: “I find it very easy to place an order using Heidelberg Consumables Online Shop. Not only that, I can order all the items that I use online knowing that it will be delivered within 24 hours”.

We received large of number of orders during the time of the promotion with Aaron Storer, Managing Director of Conlay Press in Melbourne, winning the Dell Laptop.
