Easygluer 100: Entry Level Folder Gluer

The Easygluer 100 is a new entry level-folder gluer from Heidelberg, with a generous specification providing a high degree of flexibility. Standard equipment allows straight line, lock bottom and double wall cartons to be glued, and with the addition of a servo driven backfold unit, four and six corner cartons can also be processed.  Operating speeds up to 300 meters per minute it can handle 200 to 600gsm carton board and E flute corrugated.

At the feeder, set up times are minimised with the use of feed gates and side guides that can be raised pneumatically at the touch of a button. The optional vacuum assisted feeder and blank aligning section guarantees squareness of the carton prior to folding, improving quality and further reducing make-ready times.

The Easygluer 100 benefits from a long pre-fold unit and a 2.9m long folding section which ensures gentle folding, a vital characteristic for larger carton styles or microfluted board.

An impressive level of standard equipment includes an extra transport section following the pressure belt which can be set at right angles to the run direction. This unit allows the operator to pick up the cartons and pack on their crease lines in one easy movement.
