ECO 80/105 carton folder gluer – High performance at a budget price |

The ECO carton folder gluer offers an outstanding combination of features and benefits at a budget price. Available in two widths, 800 and 1050mm, the ECO gluer provides versatile production over a broad range of carton styles. With the addition of optional units, the ECO will process lock bottom and double wall boxes, folders with inner pockets, CD wallets, along with four and six corner cartons.
Rapid change over time is possible due to the few parts that must be removed and the use of quick release clamps for the carriers. In addition the carriers can be moved longitudinally to accommodate various styles of carton. The long pre-fold and folding section, ensures a controlled fold with high accuracy. For high quality cartons, which may be gloss coated, the long folding section means less risk of damage to the carton or marking of the printed surface.
To ensure operator safety, rotating shafts are fully guarded and upper carriers have spring loaded first rollers, eliminating dangerous nip points and preventing damage to the carrier in the event of a carton jam.
With the electrical cabinet integrated beneath the pressure section, the ECO benefits from a small footprint, this combined with overall flexibility and ease of use makes the ECO ideal for both trade finishers and carton manufacturer’s alike.
