Pre-jogging Quality Checks

The correct time to make a quality check is either immediately before or during the jogging process. Crumpled sheets can easily be sorted out and the quality of the printed sheets can be scrutinized.
The sheets are also checked to ensure that they are evenly positioned.
Even positioning of the paper can be determined quite simply by the marks printed on the sheets. Ergonomic working is ensured when the cutting material is loaded on a Polar lift, which can be adjusted to the right working height.
When turning the sheets over while fanning them out, the operator can easily detect which sheets have not been positioned in the printing press with their sides correctly aligned. Such sheets show dirty edges and can be sorted out quickly without problems.

Polar offers:
Lifts which provide for ergonomic working and cost-saving material handling.
