A niche folder gluer, ideal for cosmetic and pharmaceutical cartons
The Diana 45 is Heidelberg’s smallest carton folder gluer, equipped with touch screen control and able to handle a maximum open blank width of up to 450mm for both straight line and crash lock carton styles.
Designed specifically for gluing small high value cartons, the Diana 45 is particularly suited for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical carton markets. A compact footprint, with short set up times and easy operation, make it perfect either as an introduction to gluing for a carton printer, or to compliment existing folder gluers.
For a machine of this format the Diana 45 benefits from an unusually long pre-fold section. Pre-folding of the carton becomes essential when they will later be erected and filled automatically.
In addition the Diana 45 also benefits from a long folding section, which means gentle and controlled folding. For high quality cartons, which are often gloss coated, film laminated or hot foil stamped, the long folding section means less risk of damage to the carton or marking of the printed surface.
Often overlooked, the Diana 45 has few competitors but offers some distinct advantages.
